A significant proportion of the Law Firm’s experience has concentrated on Commercial and Corporate Law practice. This practice comprises incorporation of Bolivian and International commercial companies or affiliates, and in the case of foreign companies, the establishment of branch offices or licensees, with everything necessary for recognition (registration) of juridical status by the Bolivian State.

Our advisory services for investor partners, directors and executive officers, are permanent, especially on the issues of company governance or policy-making and administrative decision-making, as well as start-up activities. We complement our work in this area with advice and follow-up in terms of commercial contracts, use of securities, stocks, transportation, shareholder pacts or agreements, transformations, company dissolution or liquidation.

We have ample experience in due diligence (legal audits) as a useful tool in acquisitions and mergers, as well as in reorganization of banking, commercial and industrial companies, destined toward horizontal economic integration.

The Law-firm members have analyzed legal documentation in Bolivian banking circles, so as to determine the legality of persons who maintain operations, the meticulousness of legal portfolio documentation, and the validity of supporting documentation for recuperation of arrears portfolios.
