Associate for the firm in the city of Santa Cruz, he is an attorney with a major in Corporate Law, having received his degrees from the Universidad Privada de Bolivia (UPB). He earned a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law in the UPB under an agreement with the Universidad de Los Andes from Bogotá, Colombia.
